Mave's Story

I’m Meredith Lybrand, and I've been a licensed massage therapist for over fifteen years. I’ve worked with people through all stages of life — pregnancy, postpartum, everyday stress, major transitions, and everything in between.

What I've learned is that we all carry more than just physical tension. We hold stress in our shoulders, worry in our jaws, trauma in our hips. Whether you're growing a baby, recovering from birth, or just moving through the demands of daily life, your body is holding it all (and needs to release it).

My job is to help you work through what you're holding through massage and doula support. To create a space where you can actually exhale and remember that you deserve care too.

Everyone deserves care that sees them as whole humans, and helps them prioritize themselves when they need it most.

When I chose the name for my practice, I combined my name, Meredith, with the first initials of my three daughters. It represents everything I'm building here: a place where people can prioritize themselves, release the tension they're carrying, and experience the power of truly being cared for.

As a mom of three, I know firsthand how easy it is to put everyone else's needs first. But I also know what happens when you finally make space to take care of yourself—it changes everything.
