I started Mave because I’ve seen—over and over again—how quickly people put their own needs at the bottom of the list, especially during pregnancy and the early years of parenthood.
Your body carries so much, and you can’t power through everything without support. For more than 15 years, I’ve been helping clients find relief, restore their energy, and feel truly cared for.

As a licensed massage therapist and DONA-trained birth doula, I blend advanced bodywork with a deep respect for each stage of life—so you leave not just feeling better, but more like yourself.

Sometimes! Availability depends on the week and my current schedule. The quickest way to see what’s open is to check the online booking calendar.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes — you can view all current rates and session options directly on the booking page. Prices are the same whether you book online or in person.

Is pricing listed somewhere?

Q

Absolutely. If you’re not sure which service is best for you, just send me a note through the form below. We’ll figure it out together based on your needs, goals, and any health considerations.

Can I book without knowing exactly what I need?

Yes! Many clients come in for regular sessions to manage stress, improve mobility, or simply feel more at home in their bodies.

Do you work with non-pregnant clients, too?

Postpartum massage can help ease the physical tension and emotional load that often come with recovery and new parenthood. Whether you’re a few weeks or a few years postpartum, I adapt sessions to your comfort level and needs.

What about postpartum massage?

In most cases, yes. I’m trained and certified in prenatal massage and take extra care to ensure your comfort and safety. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or specific medical concerns, I recommend speaking with your care provider before booking.

Is massage safe during pregnancy?

Loose fitting clothes that are easy to put on and take off are best. You will have oil on your skin following your session and tighter clothes can be harder to get on. But wear what you feel most comfortable in.

What should I wear or bring to my appointment?

Life happens! I understand. I just ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer your spot to someone else. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
